QA/QC culture:
QA/QC purpose: QC departments responsibility is to ensure the quality of our products, from material procurement control to finished products inspection. Raw material quality is checked and verified with our suppliers, and semi-finished products are inspected during assembly procedures, analysis and evaluation of the quality control procedures. Their target is to ensure customer satisfaction with quality and offer value-added services.
Testing equipment: IQC.test ,ROHS testing machine, spectroscopy, screw auto checking machine, salt spray testing machine, Rockwell hardness tester, humidity/heat chamber, free-drop testing vehicle, anti-shock testing machine, various electronic testing equipment.

The Aging Testing Platform is used for semi-finished or finished products aging and checks & confirms the quality. These products include the motorized mounts testing; vertical motorized mounts aging monitoring. Cycle testing platform always test swivel & tilting function for thousands of time.
